Ocelot is a small company from Scotland based in Edinburgh. The inspirers of Matt and Ish in 2013 who got married started making chocolate in the kitchen of their house, where they packaged it and sold it in local markets. After 5 years of work, they now have a small chocolate factory and a production team. They use only high quality materials that have the imprint of ethics and go the same way in all stages of preparation. Their packaging is made in the United Kingdom from certified paper stock FSC (Forest Stewardship Council). The inner film is 100% composted in domestic or industrial installations. They operate with low profit margins in order to achieve the most delicious bean to bar chocolates and the most ethical products. Many of which are vegan.
