Whole Cold Pressed Organic Tahini

The machines used during the processing of the seed are of our own design and unique in order to have a continuous control of the organoleptic and nutritional elements of the sesame mass throughout its size.
Due to the above, on the one hand, the seed retains a large part of its relative moisture, on the other hand, we have the least possible burden of its oil. This process results in a tahini with a high fluidity, full of flavor and the aromas of roasted sesame with pistachio and hazelnut notes dominate its aftertaste.

Activation of the seed exactly as it is applied in the production process of SAMYTHOS Unheated Raw tahini.
The sesame seeds are heated to 65°C and the sesame paste is processed at a moderate heat load (40-42°C) in order to preserve 65 to 70% of the vitamins that our unheated raw tahini has.
