CARE:

Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash in warm, soapy water.

The hinges separate easily for cleaning.

Metal utensils, cleaning pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on non-stick surfaces.

A brush with long bristles will help clean hard-to-reach areas.

If the mixture is finished wipe immediately with a wet sponge to avoid burnt batter.

USE:

Lightly coat the inside of the waffle iron with vegetable oil, butter or cooking spray.

Open the pan and preheat on medium heat for 2 minutes

Pour 1 cup of batter into the center of the waffle and close the top. Cook for about 1 minute, then flip the waffle over and cook on the other side for about 2 minutes, until golden brown.

Remove the waffles with a plastic fork or spatula.

Serve with butter, syrup, berries, etc. or try with a savory cream sauce
