  • USE

    1. Before the first use and after each subsequent use, wash the pan thoroughly by hand.
    2.  Dishwasher use is not recommended as it may reduce the life of the non-stick coating.
    3. Use medium heat for best results and to prevent damage to the pan and hob. Glass hobs are particularly susceptible to damage from an overheated pan.
    4. Always use adequate ventilation when cooking.
    5. Although not necessary, cooking with butter or oil will improve the performance and taste of the food.
    6. Do not use metal scouring pads, abrasive cleaners or sharp kitchen utensils. They will damage the non-stick surface.
