In case you have received your order and wish to change a product, 

you have the possibility to make a change within 15 days. 

The process requires you to contact us by email, 

or by telephone in order to inform us about the product you wish to receive. It should be noted that the new product must be of equal or greater value than the product you are exchanging. You are then responsible for sending us the product you wish to exchange. Transport costs are borne by the customer. In case who received a gift from our online store and wish to make a change, it is possible to do so within 20 days from the date of purchase.  In this case, you contact us by e-mail, or by telephone, to inform us about the product you wish to change and after we inform you of its cost, you can choose another product of equal or greater value.  In the case of gifts, refunds are not accepted.
