THE RECIPE: coffee flavored panna cotta

For the coffee syrup:

  1. Put the coffee, sugar and vanilla extract in a small saucepan over low heat and bring to a boil.

  2. Boil for about 10 minutes until the syrup thickens and almost half the amount remains.

  3. Place it in the refrigerator until serving.

For the coffee flavored panna cotta:

  1. Put the cold milk in a saucepan, add the powdered gelatin and wait for 5 minutes. We will see that little by little the surface will begin to wrinkle.

  2. Heat the milk over low heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves (1-2 minutes).

  3. Add the sugar and stir until it melts. Be careful the milk should not boil, it should be just warm.

  4. Remove the pan from the heat and add the cream, salt and mix.

  5. Keep 250 ml of our mixture aside, add the vanilla extract, cover with cling film and put it in the fridge.

  6. Add the coffee to the remaining mixture and mix.

  7. Pour the mixture into the cake tin and refrigerate for at least an hour.

  8. After the hour has passed, heat the mixture that we have kept aside in a small pot and pour it into the form with quick movements.

  9. Put the mold back in the fridge for another 3-4 hours and even better overnight.

  10. To unmould, place the mold in hot water for 10 seconds and with the help of a plate, turn it over.

  11. Serve immediately with some of the coffee syrup we have prepared.

Good luck!

TIP

*Do not put the Nordicware form in the washing machine, it needs human caress.

*Do not scratch it with a sharp object, you will damage its non-stick layers.

*Love it, it's almost handmade, and it's for you.

If you don't like the shape we suggested, you can try the Heritage Bundt which is the same size!
