October is at our door and the weather that brings apples, green, red, yellow-green is here. We really like them, the truth is, both the fresh ones and the cakes they make. Close your eyes and smell the cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and join us to prepare the recipe for that amazing apple cake without any delay!

Let's see how to organize this apple cake recipe!!
Your materials are as follows:
For the apple cake: |
375 gr. flour |
300 gr. sunflower oil |
300 gr. sugar |
120 gr. yogurt |
3 eggs |
1.5 kg cinnamon |
1 tsp baking powder |
A little nutmeg..and a little more |
3 apples |
1 tbsp vanilla Nielsen Massey |
120 gr. walnuts broken coarse |
For the icing: |
150 gr. powdered sugar |
1 tbsp. cinnamon |
3-4 tbsp. milk |
The process:
Initially preheat the oven to 175°C in the air and take your bundt pan off the shelf, preferably a 10-12 cups , one like Bavaria, or most Nordicware bundt pans.

Next:
TIP: Cut the apples into small even pieces so they are easy to mix. Before you put them in the mixture, sprinkle and mix them with flour so that they stay on top of your bundt cake and won't sit on the bottom of the bundt pan.
6. And as we always say take the cake out of the oven and leave it for about 15 minutes for the pan to cool down. Then turn it out onto a wire rack and let it cool.
Serve and glaze!!
Stir the glaze and pour over, cut and eat.
