MATERIALS:
For the Lemon and Raspberry Jam Cake:
250g soft butter
400g of sugar
1 tbsp pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract
5 eggs
100g of yogurt
400g self-rising flour, alternatively regular flour with 1 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp baking powder
juice and zest of 1 lemon
100 gr. raspberry jam
1 tsp raspberry pastry colour
Icing:
150 gr. powdered sugar
3-4 tbsp milk
A little more raspberry color

THE RECIPE:
The process:
First we preheat our oven to 175 air and start the procedures.
Beat the butter with the sugar at high speed for 5-6 minutes until fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla one by one, while at the end add the yogurt.
Reduce the speed of the mixer and slowly add the flour until incorporated.
Divide the two mixtures in half.
In one of the 2, put the jam and the raspberry color and mix very well.
Butter and flour the form very well, even better use non-stick spray .
Place the two mixtures alternately and mix with a toothpick in circular motions.
Bake at 175, in the air, for 1 hour checking the doneness with a toothpick. Wait 10 minutes and unmold.
