Brownies and yummy go together.

Recipe September

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Baking Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 45 minutes

Serves: 18 depending on size



Once September has arrived, once you've filled your fridge again, I have a challenge recipe for you that will be of great interest to the little critters who may need to sweeten their pain or joy by returning to schools.

Let's see how to organize this recipe!!

Your materials are as follows:

270g. melted butter

30g. sunflower oil

260g. white sugar

200g. brown sugar

5 eggs

150g. sifted flour

110g. sifted cocoa

250g. couverture in thick pieces

1 tbsp vanilla Nielsen Massey

120 gr. walnuts broken coarse

Coarse salt




Brownie Ingredients
You will need 11 ingredients

The process:


Initially preheat the oven to 175°C on the resistances and prepare a 20x30 cm baking tray on which you have lined a piece of parchment paper that we want to be left over so that we can pull the parchment paper to remove the brownies from the his pan.

Look at this pan I'm showing you below, it's just as good at 25x25 cm and will give you a good result.



Next:


Hear this secret. To achieve a nice outer surface on your brownies, melt the butter with 60 grams of chocolate and while it's still hot, pour in the sugar and mix. It helps the sugar to stand on the surface of the mixture while it bakes...and so the brownies have a shiny and crispy outer shell

6. Bake in a well preheated oven, at 175 degrees, for 28 minutes. (See the tip for when the brownie is ready).

Take it out of the oven and leave it for 15 minutes on a wire rack. And here I have to recommend the following. Leave to cool for another 30 minutes and cut into pieces with a sharp knife.




Idea for serving!!

If you don't eat it plain, consider enjoying it with ice cream!

How to tell when Brownies are done


This can be tricky, so here's how to tell when the brownies are done.

Turn the timer to 30 minutes once it's in the oven.

As soon as you start smelling that amazing chocolate aroma wafting through the kitchen, check it out. Open the oven even if it is at 25 minutes.

Use a toothpick, insert it into the center and pull it out. Brownies take longer if there is liquid mixture on the toothpick.

If there are a few wet crumbs on the toothpick, the brownies are done.

However, it is certain that not you want a clean toothpick!
