THE RECIPE:

Cake:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) fan.

  2. Beat the butter with the sugar for 5 minutes until it becomes fluffy.

  3. We add the eggs one by one and finally the vanilla and flower water.

  4. Alternately add the flour and the milk, starting and ending with the flour.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, checking the doneness with a toothpick. Leave for 15-20 minutes and unmold!!

Invert the pan and leave the cake uncovered on a wire rack for another 10 minutes. Tap the mold gently to encourage it to come out. Let the cake cool completely on your rack, then if you don't know it I'll tell you, the house will be musk cake with flower water and the idea that you're walking among the rose bushes will become real.

Icing:

For the glaze, put the ingredients in a blender and grind very well. Unmould the cake and pour the icing over it. Garnish with fresh red fruits! Allow the cake to cool before pouring the frosting, so it stays vibrant.

Good luck, lots of love from us!
