You've probably tried different carrot cake recipes from time to time, but this one is easy and requires very few ingredients! Let's go see!

The cake pan we used is the 10-12 cup Magnolia Bundt and I'm giving you a link to poke around below.


For the cake

  • 6 eggs

  • 250 gr. Brown sugar

  • 150 gr. sunflower oil

  • 300 gr. carrots in the blender

  • 250 gr. flour

  • 80 gr. almond powder

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • Zest from 1 orange

Recipe :

For the Cake:

  1. In the bowl of the mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until they become white and fluffy.

  2. Add the sunflower oil and continue to mix.

  3. Pour the grated carrot into the mixing bowl and mix with the spatula. We leave our mixture aside.

  4. In a bowl, weigh the flour, baking powder, almond powder and mix.

  5. Transfer the mixture to the cake tin we have chosen, which must be well buttered and sprinkled with flour.

  6. Bake the cake at 170 degrees, in a preheated oven for 60 minutes.

  7. To see if the cake is ready, dip a toothpick into the center. If it comes out dry, it's ready.

  8. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely for about 20 minutes.

  9. Turn over and unmold.

**Grease the cake pan with butter, or oil spray, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs. You will see how easily even the most difficult design comes out, while you will be impressed with the cleanliness of the cake.
