These super soft chocolate chip cookies are the most popular cookie recipe ever. Melted butter, more brown sugar and a few more tricks guarantee the best chocolate chip cookie texture you've ever eaten.

Let's see how to organize this recipe!!
Your materials are as follows:
280 gr. all purpose flour. |
1 tbsp. soda |
1 and 1/2 tbsp. cornmeal (if there is none it's ok) |
1/2 tbsp. salt |
170 gr. unsalted butter, melted and cold for 5 minutes |
150 gr. brown sugar (light or dark) |
100 gr. white sugar. |
1 large egg and 1 yolk at room temperature |
2 tbsp. lovely vanilla Nielsen Massey |
225 gr. chocolate chips |

The process:
Initially preheat the oven to 160°C).
Line large baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone mat and set aside.

7. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and let it soften slightly at room temperature for 10 minutes.

How will you make it!
With about 60g XL cookie dough or 50g medium/cookie dough roll into a ball, making sure the shape is taller than wide—almost like a cylinder. This helps the cookies bake more densely. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Place 8-9 dough balls on each baking sheet.
Bake the cookies for 12-13 minutes or until the edges are very lightly browned. (XL cookies may last longer than 14 minutes) . The centers will look very soft, but the cookies will continue to bake as they cool.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, press a few extra chocolate chips on top of the warm cookies. This is optional and only for super appearances.
After cooling in the pans for 10 minutes, transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cookies stay fresh covered at room temperature for up to 1 week.

How to freeze and store the dough for later:
When it's time to bake the cookies, remove them from the freezer. Preheat the oven according to the instructions in the recipe.
Bake the cookies for another minute or two after the dough is chilled.
