The cake that reminds you of the cinnamon cookies you used to eat from the tin, the round one!
Cinnamon & sugar bundt cake
The season lends itself to the scent of cinnamon, in a drink, in a candle, in the atmosphere...everywhere. Her fragrance emerges like a celebration and her best friend is sugar. Read here an excellent and with few ingredients cake that you will admire!
MATERIALS:
For the Cinnamon Sugar Cake :
175 gr. butter in temp. room.
75 gr. sunflower oil.
150 gr. white and 150 gr. brown sugar.
4 eggs.
220 gr. milk mixed with 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar.
400 gr. goh flour.
1.5 kg of baking powder.
1 tsp cinnamon.
1 tbsp vanilla extract.
Minimum salt.
For the overlay:
30 gr. melted butter.
50 gr. white sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
THE RECIPE:
In the mixer, beat the butter, sunflower oil and sugar for about 5 minutes until the mixture becomes fluffy and white. (Do not beat the mixture uncontrollably because it changes texture, 5 minutes is all that is needed).
Add the eggs and vanilla one by one (Nielsen Massey) and beat until smooth.
Mix the flour with baking powder, cinnamon, salt and add to the mixer at low speed alternately with the milk, starting and ending with the flour.
We beat until the ingredients are homogenized and transfer to a well-buttered and floured form.
Bake in a preheated oven, 175 degrees air, for 40-50 minutes checking the doneness with a toothpick.
Leave for 10 minutes and unmold.
Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar all over. And as you can tell from the smell and the picture, the cinnamon cake with sugar is now ready to try!
TIP :
Remember to use breadcrumbs and non-stick oil spray for easier release.

**Grease the cake pan with butter, or oil spray and then sprinkle it with commercial breadcrumbs. You will see how easily even the most difficult design comes out of the mold, while you will be impressed with the cleanliness of the cake.
