Lemon Cake Recipe.
You won't find a more delicious lemon cake.
MATERIALS:
For the Cake:
230 gr. unsalted butter*.
400 gr. crystal Sugar.
1 tbsp salt.
4 large eggs.
2 tbsp baking powder.
360 gr. flour for all uses.
230 gr. milk, preferably whole.
Grated zest of 2 medium lemons or 1 teaspoon Nielsen Massey lemon extract
THE RECIPE:
First, preheat the oven to 170C, in the air!!
Beat together the butter and sugar until combined and fluffy.
Add Nielsen Massey's lemon spirit to the mixture.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl once you've added all the eggs and beat a little longer.
Mix the baking powder, flour and salt.
Finally add the mixture of solids to liquids in three parts alternating with the milk. We start and finish with the flour.
The mixture may seem slightly firm when you add the milk it will become uniform.
Butter the @nordicwareusa cake pan, in this case the Elegant, and then pour in the mixture!
You simply tap the mold on your counter on a towel to release the air that hides the mixture!
It is baked in a preheated oven at 170C in the air for 60 minutes. Of course check beforehand, depending on the oven!
GLAZING:
74 g freshly squeezed lemon juice, the juice from about 1 1/2 juicy lemons
149 g granulated sugar...
Stir to dissolve the sugar, try on low heat. We don't want the juice to boil!

**Grease your mold with butter, or oil spray and then sprinkle it with commercial breadcrumbs. You will see how easily even the most difficult design comes out, while you will be impressed with the cleanliness of the cake.
