Strawberry Lemon Cake Recipe!

MATERIALS:
3 eggs
275 gr. yoghurt
200 gr. sugar
125 gr. sunflower oil
2 tablespoons Nielsen Massey lemon spirit
1 tbsp vanilla Nielsen Massey
225 gr. flour for all uses
2 tbsp baking powder
For the glaze:
100 gr. powdered sugar
1 tbsp Strawberry jam
1 tbsp water
Strawberries for serving

THE RECIPE:
Implementation:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, resistances.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, yogurt, sugar and sunflower oil with a whisk.
Add the zest, lemon and vanilla extract and mix again.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix with a spatula.
Transfer to the Charlotte mold , well buttered and floured and bake for 45-50 minutes, leaving 10 minutes to unmold.
For the frosting:
Mix the powder with the jam and water until we have a thick glaze.
Pour over the cake and add the strawberries.
