This recipe is my child what we say, sin. It has a merenda taste, and it is made to decorate your taste and leave you with memories.
I love it so much..and let me tell you how it's done.do you notice? Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake, let's go!
MATERIALS:
For the chocolate mixture
200 gr. sugar
50 ml sunflower oil
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
125 ml of milk
110 gr. + 2 tablespoons of flour
50 gr. +2 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
125 ml of boiled water
For the peanut butter mixture
60 gr. butter (room temperature)
185 gr. peanut butter
200 gr. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
200 gr. flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
250 ml of milk
THE RECIPE:
Implementation:
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C.
Prepare a cake pan like Brilliance , with non-stick spray , then dust it with flour and set aside.
For the chocolate mixture:
Combine the sugar and oil in the bowl of a stand mixer.
Add the egg, vanilla and milk.
In a separate bowl mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to your wet ingredients while mixing until combined.
It's time to add the boiling water to your mixture and watch it turn into cream.
For the peanut butter mixture:
Beat the butter (at room temperature), peanut butter and sugar in a mixer.
Add the egg and vanilla to the mixture.
In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Then, in the mixer bowl, alternately add 1/3 of the flour mixture and 1/3 of the milk until mixed. It is best to continue with the hand spatula.
Since we have prepared the two delicious mixtures we are ready to place them in the form. Pour some of the chocolate mixture and then some of the peanut butter mixture, continue until both mixtures are completely used.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Of course, let it cool before removing it from the mold.
Somewhere here comes the pleasure that for me is complete.
However, if someone is preparing for an even more enjoyable trip, then let's continue with the following chocolate-peanut butter ganache.
For the chocolate-peanut butter ganache
225 gr. Milk Chocolate
125 ml cream
85 gr. peanut butter
On a low heat, mix the chocolate, cream and peanut butter until it becomes creamy.
You know what happened next, we pour over our cake and enjoy the magic.
I wish you success!
