250 gr. digestive biscuits |
125 gr. melted butter |
For the cream: |
800 gr. cream cheese |
4 eggs |
100 gr. sugar |
2 tbsp vanilla extract |
Minimum salt |
Juice of one lemon |
Fruits for decoration |
The process:

Bake in a pan with water.
Let the cheesecake cool in the oven.
