This top cheesecake with 10 ingredients and infinite taste is refreshing, steals hearts and is easy to serve, winter or summer if you change the decor! You hardly put down your fork after the first taste and I'm sure your guests will say the same.

Your materials are as follows:

For the base:

250 gr. digestive biscuits

125 gr. melted butter

For the cream:

800 gr. cream cheese

4 eggs

100 gr. sugar

2 tbsp vanilla extract

Minimum salt

Juice of one lemon

the 4 secrets of success are:

1. Do not over mix the mixture.

2. Bake in a pan with water.

3. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven.

4. And then let the cheesecake cool completely to room temperature.
